The roots for ECO Tree Care was planted over 30 years ago by John’s father Jim Madden and was called J&A Tree Service. Jim started this business with a goal in mind to help educate our youth and to be able to work with Mother Nature’s most unique living organism the trees. Growing up John was an active member working along side his father, working on various job sites, learning the tricks of the trade and most importantly growing and sharing his passion for trees. As John’s passion for working with trees continued to swell he began to think of ways for how he could grow his father’s business. After completing arborist schooling in Sarina, and experiencing the different tree services that were operating within that area, he had a vision in mind for where he could take his father’s small business. 

In 2011 J&A Tree Service switched owners and John took over for his father. Following this change of ownership J&A Tree Service went under a major rebranding and ECO Tree Care was born. At ECO Tree Care we still maintain that “family owned persona” and strive to ensure that both our employees and clientele are receiving the highest quality services.

Having originally started as a small family owned company, we stick with the founder’s original goal, which is to educate our children and employees about the importance of an excellent work ethic and to showcase the value of trees and their contribution to the environment. After all, we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the trees.
